Probable Opponents of Roger Federer:

R1: Bye

R2: Brands/Lorenzi

R3: Ernests Gulbis

QF: Dolgopolov/Davydenko

SF: Jerzy Janowicz

Looks a very challenging draw as we saw that Daniels Brands gave Rafa Nadal a very tough competition in the 1st round of French Open, 2013.

Also, Gulbis in the 3rd round & Janowicz in the finals are tough opponents. So, will be interesting to see how Roger plays at Hamburg on red clay.

Sergiy Stakhovsky is currently playing in the qualifiers. Even, if he qualifies, there is a very remote chance that he might play against Roger Federer in the 3rd round (provided he qualifies, falls in Federer's draw & manages to beat Ernie Gulbis).

Update: Stakhovsky lost in the qualifiers and couldn't qualify.

Seems like an interesting tournament and a tough draw for Roger. I wouldn't be so sure about JJ making it to the semis, since he has a really hard draw (Verdasco for example).

Among the seeds Haas seems to have the easiest route to the semis.
