Roger Federer was leading 4-3 in the 4th Round of Wimbledon 2012 vs Xavier Malisse, then all of a sudden, he took medical time-out.

People are speculating about the injury..........

Just for information, he took an off-court treatment...

Every one is speculating if it is groin or some thing else..

According to our informed sources, this injury is a lower back injury that his hampering his movement.

Hope, he can recover in time as he has already taken three medical time-outs.......

Further details will be updated as & when our sources inform us.....

The news is that rain has stopped & we might not need a roof.....

In other news, Roger Federer is currently having his lower back massaged in the locker room while malisse's knees are being worked on...

If you need more info, about the roof at Center court, see this post ----

Yes, there are signs of pain clearly on the face of Federer
I hope thet he recover, more importantly, not to hurt more

When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a Roger Federer to smile.

For every one asking, the break taken by Roger Federer at the end of 3rd set is a normal toilet break & not a medical time-out..

this is what Roger Federer had to say in the post match interview to BBC :::

My back was paining badly at 6-5....

Now, I am feeling okay, else, wouldn't have been giving this interview.

I said sorry to Malisse for leaving the court as it was a very unfortunate time to leave.

I still have a day & a half to get ready for the next match...

I have been playing on court for than 15 years...

I have been exercising for ages now.

Hope, the worst ever pain is behind me & I can be fully fit for next match.

It was so difficult to play in such cold, windy conditions as it was hurting my back even more.

We weren't sure, when the play will be called off & glad, we both played quite well under such difficult conditions.

Hope, the tournament can go on well..

I have track record for not being injured. If this is worst that happens to me it's not too bad
