Thou, Andy Murray might look lean & thin on first look, but a closer look will let you know that he has a very fit & healthy body & a great schedule to keep his body in shape.




So, this article of mine is dedicated on how to get a peRFect fit body like Andy Murray

Every one seems to be very impressed with the fitness of Andy Murray these days. Thou, a tough calendar has forced him to withdraw from tournaments & occasionally, he is seen touching his knees, but, thats more of a frustration type gesture by him rather than any pain.

Here is Murray's exact schedule with a pictorial representation on the type of work-out that Andy Murray does to keep himself fit & healthy




Diet : Andy Murray prefers only & only Protein diet.





For his Abs : Andy Murray attends regular Yoga.



For his Triceps : Andy Murray does dips at parallel bar.




For his Quads : Andy Murray does Lateral hops by balancing on one knee.




For his Feet : Andy Murray does regular sprint.

Yes, it looks to be photoshopped, but, I also am amazed by Murray's fitness these days. Of the top 10, these days, Murray looks to be the fittest.

Yeps, there is no doubt that Murray's fitness has improved by leaps & bounds in the last 2 seasons.


Thou, he has had his fair share of injuries, but, still his fitness overall has been great.

& the biggest reason why Murray won US Open, 2012 was because he was more fitter out of Djokovic & himself (Murray). Thou, it can be said that Murray got an extra day, but, probably, if US Open hadn't called off the play on Saturday evening, probably our David Ferrer (Ferru) would have been in the finals of US Open, 2012 :(((((((((.

This thing that bothered me a lot, that the match was stopped because of the weather :( . Ferrer was doing well
Of course, I'd rather Ferrer on Murray and Djokovic,but this what happened.
